Two weeks back, as I was returning home
from work, my car broke down. I tried to hire a taxi cab but was unable to find
any taxis nearby. Fortunately, a motorcyclist stopped by and offered to drop me
home. However, as we were heading homeward, we met with an accident. At the
moment, I have a broken leg and several other injuries on my body. Who do I sue
for the injuries I sustained?
