Workers’ Compensation

I was injured in a construction accident. I know I am entitled to workers’ compensation benefits. Do you think I should hire a lawyer to help me through the compensation process, or can I do it on my own?

  1. I went to buy a new house with my friends. At one place, the floors were waxed, but there were no warning signs. I slipped and fell, badly injured myself, and had to hospitalized. I want to file a case of negligence. What should I do?

You’ll also want to keep track of any lost time at work due to your fall and take photos of the scene of the accident as soon as possible.
